Small Business Majority engages small business owners in advocacy on issues of public policy and provides entrepreneurs with resources and information that promote small business growth. With help from the W&EHF, it is supporting the implementation of California’s Secure Choice legislation, which requires businesses with five or more employees to offer their own retirement plan or to withhold a portion of each employee’s compensation for deposit into a state plan. Educating small employers about Secure Choice helps ensure that their perspectives are considered in the law’s implementation.
