| Description | Homebridge recruits, trains, and employs a workforce of more than 400 in-home service providers — primarily very low-income women of color — who care for ill, cognitively impaired, or otherwise challenged Medi-Cal recipients. This grant supports the evaluation of the organization’s new model to open career pathways and provide a living wage to in-home service providers. |
