| Description | Youth Art Exchange offers year-round visual and performing arts classes and leadership development programs to 250 San Francisco public high school students annually. Free classes span multiple disciplines including music production, dance, photography, printmaking, architecture, and public art. Advanced students may receive stipend-paying internships. Youth Arts Exchange succeeds at attracting a diverse group of underserved students, matching them with a faculty of practicing artists to increase their access to and mastery of arts skills. |
