First Exposures benefits underserved, low-income youth with digital and darkroom photography instruction, museum visits, and support in showing their work. During the school year and during summer programs, First Exposures pairs participating students with adult mentors, connecting at-risk youth both with role models who are professional photographers and a rigorous arts education that engages them with the community at large.
