It operates three training pathways: a café at the Berkeley Adult School that offers training in food preparation, barista skills, and customer service; a commercial bakery in Emeryville; and a three-week bakery boot camp. These jobs and training programs provide participants with much-needed opportunity to develop their economic stability. |
