RoadMap provides intensive and specialized capacity-building services to social justice grantees, helping them to adapt to new challenges and changing conditions. It uses webinars to deliver a range of programs to a wide set of nonprofits. Topics covered include financial management practices, grassroots fundraising, and leadership transitions. RoadMap’s programs focus on developing leadership skills and strategic planning abilities in order to increase nonprofit organizational effectiveness.
